Most residential service calls typically cost $50.00 plus parts. Pre-Season furnace and air conditioning maintenance/yearly checks/inspection cost $45.00. Additional hourly rates are $42.00-$45.00 per hour for residential and $50.00-$55.00 for commercial depending on the quantity of hours. Most jobs consisting of more than 4 hours are quoted prior to the job. Our trained technicians are experienced enough to troubleshoot and fix a problem quickly and at a low cost.
